Run Sendvanta from Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok
The Sendvanta connector turns your AI assistant into a control plane for cold outreach: create campaigns, add leads, watch deliverability, and triage replies — all in conversation.
Connect from Claude
- In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Settings → Connectors and scroll to Add custom connector. (Custom connectors are available on paid Claude plans; on Team/Enterprise, an admin can add it for the whole organization from the admin settings.)
- Name it Sendvanta and enter the server URL:
https://api.sendvanta.com/mcp - Click Add, then Connect. Claude notes that custom connectors aren't verified by Anthropic — that's expected for any connector added by URL.
- You'll be taken to Sendvanta to sign in, pick a workspace, and approve the permissions. Back in Claude, enable Sendvanta from the tools menu in the chat composer, then try: “List my Sendvanta campaigns.”
Connect from ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors and enable Developer mode (until Sendvanta is listed in the app directory).
- Add a connector with the URL:
https://api.sendvanta.com/mcp - Sign in to Sendvanta, pick a workspace, and approve the permissions.
Connect from Grok
- Go to grok.com/connectors (or in Grok, open Settings → Connectors) and choose New Connector.
- Select Custom (“Bring Your Own MCP”) and paste the server URL:
https://api.sendvanta.com/mcp - Sign in to Sendvanta, pick a workspace, and approve the permissions.
Requirements
- A Sendvanta workspace on a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro), and an owner or admin role in it. Free workspaces see an upgrade prompt on the consent screen.
- Permissions are granted per workspace and scoped — the assistant can only do what you approve, acting as your user. It can never reach billing, team management, or mailbox credentials.
What the connector can do
Campaigns
- List campaigns and their status
- Get campaign details, sequences, and analytics
- Create a campaign (write the sequence yourself or let Sendvanta's AI draft it)
- Replace a draft campaign's sequence
- Launch, pause, and resume campaigns (launch runs preflight checks first)
Leads
- Add leads to a list and enroll them in a campaign (deduped and suppression-checked)
- Suppress contacts so they are never emailed again
Deliverability
- Domain reputation: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Google Postmaster signals
- Mailbox health scores and history
- Inbox-placement results with a launch-readiness verdict
- Spam-score a draft email before sending
Replies & account
- Read reply conversations — e.g. positive replies this week
- Plan limits and current usage
Things to try
- “List my Sendvanta campaigns and how each is performing.”
- “Create a campaign for HVAC contractors in Texas with a three-email sequence, then spam-check each step.”
- “Why did deliverability drop this week? Check my domains and mailboxes.”
- “Show positive replies from the last 7 days and who I should follow up with.”
- “Is the Roofers campaign ready to launch? Check inbox placement first.”
Safety & revocation
Actions that send email or change data are marked so your assistant asks before running them, and launching a campaign always passes Sendvanta's preflight checks (steps, mailboxes, eligible leads, unsubscribe link) before anything sends. Every connector action is recorded in your workspace audit log. Revoke a connection any time from Settings → Integrations in the Sendvanta console — revocation is immediate.
